The home showcases two 10′ x 10′ drive-through garage doors for easy vehicle flow and equipment access, while the expansive 12′ x 50′ front porch, supported by bold 8×8 Cypress posts, invites peaceful mornings and outdoor gatherings with a view. Step inside to find three well-sized bedrooms, thoughtfully designed to offer privacy and relaxation, complemented by a full shared bath. At the rear, a spacious 30′ x 30′ x 12′ garage provides ample storage, workshop flexibility, or recreational space. Our Exterior Shell prices includes materials and construction of exterior shell including walls, roof, windows, doors, and concrete. This will also include the framing of interior walls per blueprint by an independet contractor. Elite Quality Structure barndominium shells are available throughout Georgia however currently are adding more regions. If you are outside of Georgia please call for latest information. Local codes and concrete cost may result in additional costs dependent on your location.

The preferred method of our customers is our turnkey barndominiums. With this option, Elite Quality Structures will provide everything from exterior shell as well as get you connected with a partner General Contractor in your area. Note: General Contractor is a 3rd Party.
